  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You provide proof of purchase, like your order confirmation or invoice.

❌ Items That Can’t Be Returned

Some items aren’t eligible for returns, including:

  • Final sale products

  • Opened or used personal care items

  • Customized or made-to-order items

🔁 Exchanges

If you received the wrong, damaged, or defective item, reach out within 7 days. We’ll happily arrange:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

To speed things up, it helps to send photos of the item and packaging.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and check your return:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to process.

  • Shipping fees aren’t refundable unless the mistake was on our end.

Return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility, unless we sent the wrong or defective item.
